General Conditions

The GENERAL CONDITIONS present, applies to all who sign up for any kind of travel, whose responsibility is Alcoa Travel and Tourism Unipessoal, Lda. It implies thus their full acceptance.

ORGANIZATION - The technical organization of this trip and Alcoa Travel and Tourism Unipessoal Ltd, headquartered at Avenida Joaquim Vieira Nativity Lj, 78 R / C -.. 2460-071 Alcobaça, with the number of contributors No. 508 765 641, with registered capital of € 10,000.00, with the code of permanent certificate No. 316-8328-2017 and carrier RNAVT No. 2792, passed by Turismo de Portugal, IP.

ENTRIES - In the registration act of the client must deposit 30% of the travel price, liquidating the remaining 70%, up to 20 days before departure. If enrollment takes place 20 days or less from the date of departure, the total price of the trip must be paid upon registration, this being conditional on obtaining the suppliers confirmation of bookings for all travel services. Alcoa Travel and Tourism Unipessoal, Lda. Reserves the right to cancel any registration for which payment has not been made under the above conditions.

RESERVATION COSTS -
For each booking, the following amounts will be charged:
- Reservation fee 15,00€;
- Change fees (names, dates, type of apartment / room) 25,00€.
Any of these values ​​are not refundable.

CHANGES
- If possible, whenever a customer subscribed to a certain date, you want to change your registration to another date, you must pay the fee, such as changing costs. However, when the change takes place 20 days or less prior to the date for which the customer is registered, or if the service providers do not accept the change, subject to the fees and charges provided for under - dropouts.

REGISTRATION OF ASSIGNMENT - The customer may assign his registration, making be replaced by another person who satisfies all the conditions required for the trip by giving notice to the selling Agency at least 7 days in advance and that the different service providers travel accept replacement. The transfer of registration jointly and severally responsible for the transferor and the transferee by the payment of the price of the trip and the originating additional charges.

BAGGAGE -
Baggage and other assets that the passenger carries are not covered by the travel contract, it being understood, for all intents and purposes, the passenger saves you, whatever the point of the vehicle in which they will be placed, and, therefore carried by passengers themselves and for their unique risk. To safeguard passenger rights, it should complain to the entity providing the services at the time of removal, damage or destruction of baggage and require a certificate of occurrence.

AMENDMENT OF THE ITINERARY - Where there are reasons beyond our control that justify it, the organizing agency may change the order of tracks, change the departure times or substitute any of the hotels provided by other similar category and location. If unforeseen circumstances force them to suspend any trips, customers will always be entitled to a refund of monies paid.

CHANGE OF PRICE - The program of constant prices are based on the costs of services and exchange rates prevailing at the time of printing this program and therefore are subject to change due to changes in the cost of transport or fuel, duties, taxes and of currency fluctuations. Whenever there is a change to the price of the trip, the customer will be immediately informed and invited to, within the required time period, accept the increase or unsubscribe from the same terms and conditions as set out under the heading "Failure to Greeting".

DOCUMENTATION - The client should have in good order your personal or family documentation (identity card, military documentation, authorization for minors, passport, visa, certificate of vaccines, and / or other possibly required). The agency accepts no responsibility for the refusal to grant visas or no customer entry permit in a foreign country; these cases apply the conditions of the 'WITHDRAWALS' clause, still the customer's responsibility, any and all costs that this would entail.

TIME OF ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
- The times of departure and arrival in each city are identified in the local time of the respective country and in accordance with the schedules of shipping companies to the printing date of the program and are therefore subject to change. In trips made wholly or partly of bus times indicated are approximate. REFUNDS - After the start of the trip are not due any refund for services not used by cliente.A not provide expected services in the travel program for reasons not attributable to the organizing agency and if substitution is not possible by other equivalent, gives the customer the right to be reimbursed for the difference between the prices of services provided and the actual work performed.

CLAIMS - Only will be considered provided they are presented in writing to the agency where you made the booking and settlement of the trip as soon as possible, within a maximum of 20 consecutive days after the end of service delivery. The same, in accordance with the directive of the EU Council, can only be accepted if they have been communicated to the suppliers of services (hotels, transporters, local agents, etc.) during the course of the trip or stay, demanding the same, the supporting documents of the event.

COMPLIANCE INABILITY - If for reasons not attributable to the organizing agency events, this comes to be unable to meet a constant service of the travel program, has the right client to give up the trip, being refunded immediately all monies paid, or alternatively accept a new proposal or any amendment of price initially proposed. If those not attributable to the Agency organizing facts may determine the cancellation of the trip, the customer can also choose to participate in another package, equivalent price. If the package proposed to replace present a lower value, it will be refunded the customer of the respective difference.

PROGRAM CANCELLATION - We reserve the right to cancel the package if the number of participants is less than the minimum required. In these cases, the customer will be informed in writing of the cancellation within 8 days in advance, and there is, in this case, liability for termination of the agency.

WITHDRAWALS / CANCELLATIONS - If the customer or any of his companions give up / cancel - that we should be involved in writing - your trip, you have to bear all the burden on the withdrawal lead. And the client reimbursed for the difference between the amount already paid and the amount mentioned above. Other terms: - cancellation of the reservation between 21 to 15 days = 50%, between the 15th and the day of departure = 100%. In the specific case in which the client signed our travel insurance should immediately activate it. Should there and clearly state what conditions the acts were committed that led to the cancellation of the trip, duly justified, as well as the name of our company. Will be reimbursed later if there is to it directly by the insurer.

RESPONSIBILITY - The responsibility of the organizing agency of the constant travel programs and emerging of the liabilities assumed, is guaranteed by a liability insurance in Fidelidade Mundial Company, SA with the number 9252542, under the legislation in force.

IVA - Quoted prices have the tax on value added tax (IVA) included

AIRPORT AND SECURITY FEES -
are not included in the prices, unless there is indication to the contrary.
